Everything was very good, the parking was on-site, the room was well-appointed. I was here for 2 nights and ate at Michelin star rated restaurant for dinner. The service was GREAT, that made the hotel unique and special place. The property's location was amazing and absolutely perfect particularly in the restaurants. Moreover, it's very close to the hill and the trolley of condiments on show in the bar area by the door to the terrace.

Wow! Our xmas stay at this hotel was incredible. The stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings left us in awe. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The premium room we stayed in was luxurious and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the vineyards and town. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, especially the multi-course tasting menu. The chill lounge on the top of the hotel was a great place to relax and take in the scenery. The free bikes provided allowed us to explore the property and nearby areas easily. We couldn't have asked for a better location, with easy access to Haro and Logrono.
We couldn't dine al fresco as expected, but the staff kindly allowed us to have our meals outside and take plenty of pictures. Other than that, our experience was flawless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing hotel.

The design is the most stunning feature but the staff are so friendly you at no time feel overawed or intimidated. Rosie in the spa was particularly welcoming! Loved the pool and relaxation area overlooking the vines.
